Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum-mop combinations can be customized using an application that is specifically designed for. You can save maps of your house, organize cleaning schedules, and select the mopping mode you prefer. They also allow you to alter suction power and fine tune the amount of water and scrub action your mop makes use of.

A mapping function helps your robot navigate around rooms. An obstacle avoidance feature helps it avoid running over wires, furniture or other toys. These are must-have features in my home, which is filled with strewn-about toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the top-of-the-line mop and vacuum, so it's a natural choice to be with features. It can mop and sweep simultaneously, and raise its brushes or mop pads to ensure that soft surfaces don't get wet. It can also avoid obstacles by looking for pets, plants, and other small objects.

The maximum suction power is 6,600 pascals. This is higher than any robot vacuum we have test to date. It is also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR Navigation, which tracks its location, preventing it getting stuck on an object.

The mopping capabilities of the S8 Pro Ultra are also impressive. It can apply constant pressure to the pad that is over 6 Newtons for a thorough clean. It also comes with an automatic mop lifting mechanism, which will lift the pad as it moves from tile to laminate, hardwood to carpets and rugs to prevent the possibility of soaking these soft surfaces.

The S8 Pro Ultra also has self-washing, and self-drying features. The pad is capable of rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can set it and forget it, and only need to change the dust bag or refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a 5,200mAh lithium-ion battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual mop and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before it started to lose power, and then returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes that Roborock claims and is at par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only issue is that it's expensive. The sheer amount of features makes it a very attractive option for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We would highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a premium combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its impressive feature set, which includes the capacity to vacuum large volumes and two gyrating mop mops. It also has a smart, app-enabled controller and powerful obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra has a retail price of 999 Euros, which is one of the highest robotic vacuum and mop combos on the market. In my tests, it performed well in all areas of the house, removing 98.4% of debris on all floor types and managing to lift long hair with no getting caught in. The mops also performed well and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than mid-range models. This was due to their rotational motion and the powerful cleaning solution.

The L10S Ultra's real selling point is its advanced multi-functional docking station. The docking station emptys the trash bin into a bag to collect dirt, then refills the water tank to use to mop and also dry mop pads. It also comes with a real-time hazard detection system and lets you schedule regular cleaning sessions using its smart controls.

The L10S Ultra does not offer superior carpet debris removal performance in comparison to the other hybrid mop I tried. The mops in the L10S Ultra aren't as effective in removing stubborn stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it still requires regular maintenance. The base station must be cleaned out and the water and dust tanks must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to prevent unpleasant odors and mildew. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, that are bought separately, must be replaced periodically too.

With the L10S Ultra's high-end cost and robust features I would recommend it to anyone who has the budget for it. For those who are on a tighter budget, I suggest considering a more rudimentary model that will allow you to save money while enjoying the convenience of hands-free cleaning at home. It's worth noting that even the L10S Ultra is the best robotic vacuum and mop combination you can purchase however, its cost and constant maintenance will ultimately make it more of a desire than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Eufy S1 Pro is the robot vacuum and mop that you need to clean up messes and get rid of dirt from your hard floors. This high-powered mop and robot vacuum combo comes with an impressive 8,000 Pa of suction power, an impressively large battery capacity to power mopping and vacuuming and top-quality obstacle-avoiding. It has a roller-mop that cleans by itself and makes it stand out from models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro has a unique mopping system that is distinct from the spinning discs and microfibre pads that are found on other robots. The roller covers the entire length of the bot and is continuously supplied with ozonated, clean water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Dry debris is swept away with the side brushes or swept into the front bumper. The S1 Pro then takes the mop water into its base station, where it is sucked up by the tank's heating elements and dumped into a larger storage container. The onboard tank holds a good amount of water, and it can manage about a dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

Like most robotic vacuums and mop combos The S1 Pro is ready to come out from the box. The S1 Pro will need to be refilled with clean water. This is easily done in the cleaning dock. You can also add cleaning solution to the dock in case you want to have the option of using your own cleaner. If you opt for this option however, you'll be required to purchase the Eufy brand cleaning solution which is more expensive than other robot brands allowing you to choose your preferred brand of cleaners.

As with most robots, the S1 Pro did well in navigation efficiency and coverage evaluations. It was fast to map a room and it easily navigated around furniture. It got stuck on carpets with longer piles a couple of times during my tests. However, this could be improved by re-updating the software. The S1 Pro is an all-in-one robot that provides many functions at a an affordable price.

4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's cheapest mop and vacuum, and it has some outstanding features. Its multi-function dock drains the robot's dirtbag and replenishes its water tanks, while washing and sanitizing the mop pads as they go. The mopping system is able to sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's suction power is perfect for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The software that runs this appliance is dense, offering a wide variety of options to personalize the cleaning process. You can manually clean all areas that are mapped by this device, or select specific rooms, an expandable zone or a routine you've developed. There are many mopping options that include SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the sensors of the mops to find the most efficient method to tidy your home as it maps the area.

The Qrevo did well during our tests, just as all Roborock models that we've tested. Its navigation system performs well, mapping rooms quickly and cleaning them in a well-organized way. The 'Normal' setting for pathing does an excellent job of covering a space, with no major gaps or missed areas. Reactive Tech's hazard avoidance function works well, but it's not as advanced as the color camera systems on the Qrevo Master and the S8 Pro Ultra. It can detect hazards such as thick carpets however it won't always recognize smaller things like rug tassels or electrical wires.

The machine has a major issue: it doesn't have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for those who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. Thankfully, there's an easy alternative: the app has an option to "clean up" at the end of each session. This lets you utilize the mopping feature of the vacuum to get rid of the last remnants of dust and debris left behind by the vacuuming.  Internet Page  is a nice feature that helps this robot to clean up a bit better than its less expensive competitors.
